Everyone has this theory that most Asians are extremely intelligent, now don't get me wrong, most of them are. The difference is the type of intelligence.
I know that almost all Asians are extremely intelligent when it comes to subjects like maths or other numerical subjects, but i also know that when it comes to applying the skills to life, they aren't that great at it. Your immediate thought will be that I'm wrong, but am I really? Even although they Japanese and Koreans have highly developed technological sectors in the world, they don't have much other than this.
I'm currently go to school in South Africa, where there are yet again a select group of Asians which appear to be more intelligent than anyone else. By going to school with them I have been able to see how they change and in some cases crack under the pressure very easily.
Specifically one student in my grade was doing abnormally well in Maths, Advance Programmed Maths and Accounting (all numerical subjects) last year. But strangely this year that students performance has dropped dramatically, especially since we started to deal with more practical/ life situations.
My theory is that the Asians are being indoctrinated. They are literally being brainwashed with mathematics from a very young age. Because of this they are able to excel with maths, but when it comes to applying the skills learned they fail.
Ultimately my point is that Asians are taught from a young age everything and anything about Mathematics, but this won't help them as they aren't able to apply these skills to the real world. In a way this shows s how messed up the schooling system is. Asians might be good when it comes to the maths and techno world, but when it comes to what matters, many can break under the pressure.

AWhile ago Franz Reichelt decided to put his life at risk, when he attempted to skydive off the Eifel Tower in France. Now when we think of skydiving we think of using a parachute, but strangely Franz Reichelt decided he was going to try it without a parachute.
He tried what no-one had ever done before and jumped without a chute. Yes, you heard correctly without a chute. In fact all he was wearing was a dress type clothing with "small wings" flapping from the side. Although this was supposed to let him glide gently to the ground (this was no suicide attempt at all), unfortunatley to us and to the horror of the ground standing below watching his extravagant jump, he free falled 60 meters to his death.
Due to his extra-ordinary attempt many people still want to revive the idea of birdpeople between all of us. Currently there are two teams, around the world, of sports specialists trying to make this a reality, for all of us. How about that free falling for fun, i like it!!!
During the free fall the fallers will reach terminal velocity of about 195 kilometers per hour!!! The only problem with this idea is that for the wingsuite to keep you alive the wings will have tobe enormous and really strong. For example you will need 20 square inches of materials to lift one pound.

Cyanide... The Founder of Earth

Our beloved home we call earth, until recently was more unknown to us as the human race than we thought. A few days back a new theory of earths founder of life was propposed by scientists studying Astrobiology and Evolution. Their proposal stated that the source of organic matter on earth was from out of our world, literally. They believe that it is from the cyanide( usually associated with a deadly gas) imbedded within the core of asteroids and meteorites crashing to earth.
For this theory to make sense we must go back in time... Millions of years back earth was said to have had a composition similar to our sun's, just with loads of carbon, methane, and hydrogen within the earths hold. But if this was the only organic compounds found on earth we would not survive, yet here we are today. One theory is that the elements would react and electrons, neutrons and protons would split and form entirely new elements all due to the intense heat reactions provided by thunderous lightning bolts. But this theory is highly unlikely, for several reasons. Example the intense amount of energy required to split the nucleus.
The latest theory proposd is that cyanide was brought along to earth from rocks flying freely in space i.e. asteroids and meteorites. The theory is that when these rocks crashed into the surface of the earth the intense amount of energy released in the form of heat would radically alter the chemical composition of the cyanide within the rock. And with this explosion new elements and our source of life would be created.

NanoParticles That Kill!

Just yesterday, In Bristol, United Kingdom, it was revealed that Nanoparticles can cause tremendous damage to the cells of the human body. The Nanoparticles literally start to obliterate/ vaporise the cells.
A test was done where a 30 nano-meter wide section of surgical cobalt chromium was placed next to "BeWo" human cancer cells (laboratory cells with almost an equivalent compostion of the ordinary human cell).
What happened next?
After just a day it was noticed that, there was a great deal of damage to the fibroblasts within those cells. The damage included single and double strand breaks of th DNA, and strangely there was an abnormal doubling in some of the chromosomes. Therefore basically making it a mutated cell.
Although, the Nanoparticles only affected the first layer of cells, it is clear that they can cause damage, and tremendous damage as read above. The Nanoparticles attacked the cells as follows: First they attacked the mitochondrion of the cells, and therefore wiping out it's source of energy and releasing adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which travelled through the cell layers and over a short period of time did damage to the fibroblasts and DNA of the cells.
Now as the reader you must know that if a tiny section of surgical cobalt chromium can cause damage to the cells like this, imaging what the enormous sections of this specific alloy, can do to your body when the medical team places it into your body as a hip replacement or even just a screw in your broken arm.

Now for those of you who don't have a clue what noeitic sciences is. It can be explained really simply. It is basically the science of controlling your conscience and unleahing the power within it. The power is said to be amazing- according to leading scientists of the IONS (Institute of Noetic Sciences) in California. Telikinesis and Telepathy is more than just a myth it is actually possible.
A simple way to explain why telekinesis is possible, is to explain it as follows. Every thought or memory creates or occpies a space within your brain, and that space has a weight even though it is negligible. Now every thing with a weight has gravity, and that is why everyhting is technically attracted to the other. Now because that thought/ memory has a weught it also has gravity and therefore has the ability of attracting other objects.
Therefore it is believed that if one had to focus your thoughts powerfully enough you will be able to move that object, even from a distance, without touching it.
Now making it much more complicated, and which will cause, alot of controversy it is said to be believed that because of noetic sciences, man might be able to perform miracles with the mind. Literally. Thus showing us that those who believe meditation is just some trick, are wrong, it is factually possible.
